Come in, the water's fine
Lake Vista Pool, built in 1963. I love the simple block lettering of the Atomic Age. Used to swim here in the late '70s during summer camp - I was bold enough to dive off the high board back then!
Now there is this hideous-looking water slide that was installed recently. I guess if you're 8 or 9 years old, it's not hideous at all.

Yes, the lettering is fantastic - something to preserve. You are right about the waterslide; my son and his friends would LOVE it!
